Gearbox Overhauls

Gear Manufacturing
If you need a new gear, we can manufacture it. Gear manufacturing for ports is available in many options, with precision ground gearing in helical, double helical, and internal and external spur configurations. We can construct gears with induction-hardened, carburized, or thru-hardened materials. From reverse engineering to service factor upgrades, our gear division is up for the job and follows American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA) and DIN standards. We’ll also deliver emergency and on-site support services if needed.
Borescope Inspections
Borescope inspections for ports enable us to investigate your gearbox’s hard-to-reach areas and figure out where the problem lies for better repairs.
Laser Alignment Services
