Danny Manders is the Corporate Operations Manager for Chalmers & Kubeck South. He has been in management for approximately 20 years and has 23 years of experience with Limitorque actuators.
Danny Conkle is the General Manager of Chalmers & Kubeck South in Chattanooga, TN. In this role he has P&L responsibilities for the location and oversees the Sales and Operations teams. He has almost 20 years of experience in industrial sales and applications covering actutation, valves, and relief devices. He previously held the position of Inside Sales Manager in C&K South - Watkinsville location where he managed the internal sales and applications team, inventory and warehouse team, and held corporate responsibilities for Sales Process development and improvment. In his career, has previously held positions in retail sales and management. Danny is also a graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Classical Culture. He is commited to not only his personal growth as an employee but also helping his co-workers and members of his team develop so that everyone can achieve their best in customer service, process improvement, and quality output.
Aaron Mathews is filling another new role we have established to better serve our Principals. He brings nearly 30 years of industry experience and knowledge which makes him a strong addition to our Best In Class Team.
Prior to joining C&K South, this Clemson graduate gained a broad range of experience working for a private representative/distributor where he started his sales journey. He also was a Senior Manager / Applications Engineer where he was responsible for product evaluation and sales implementation at customer site, business development for strategic manufacturer alliances, evaluation of manufacturers capability and capacity and developed the organizational structure and staffing plan for the Application Engineering Department.
Art attended North Georgia College in Dahlonega, GA and received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. In 2010, he completed his Masters of Business Administration from Georgia College and State University.He has 19 years of extensive analytical experience in Financial and Strategic Planning, budget development, financial operations, and contract negotiations. Art has received extensive training in multiple accounting and payroll packages including, Sage 100, Mitchell & McCormick, One Source payroll, and Qualifacts client support and billing software. Previous employment positions he held include accounting manager, Chief Financial Officer, Professional Accountant II, volunteer CFO for a non-profit organization, and Accountant.
Neal is the Branch Manager for our office in Lynchburg, Virginia. He graduated from Virginia Tech in 1990 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He has 25 years experience in application, sales, and service on Limitorque actuators. He also worked in the specialized linear actuation division at Limitorque for 5 years.
Randy Combs is the General Manager at Chalmers & Kubeck South in Charlotte, NC. He has over 30 years of experience including time spent working as Shop Coordinator, Inside Sales, Inside Sales Manager, and Operations Manager. Randy also has experience in instrumentation.
Kevin Caccavaro is the General Manager in our Cayce, SC location. He is responsible for all functions including Sales, Operations, and Finances . Kevin has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing management, including 8 years as owner of a machine shop specializing in prototype development for the automotive and plasma cutting industries. Kevin has a B.S. degree in Environmental Policy and an A.A. degree in English. He is motivated by a commitment to providing quality service in a safe work environment.
